When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information about your IP address and some cookies placed on your web browser. Due to our website being powered through wix.com, some information on how you access our site is displayed to us, what pages on our site you visit and for how long.

Cookies are small pieces of data stored on your browser when you visit websites. These are typically tailored and used to keep track of the settings users have selected and the actions they have taken whilst on our site, to fundamentally improve your overall user experience.

As a company we store all your personal information, that you provide us with, in a safe and confidential manner. We will only ask for information that includes your name, email, shipping address, billing details, payment information and the items in which you have purchased, which is primarily only used to process and ship your orders to you in an efficient and timely manner. This information is only used when you are purchasing an order from our shop and is otherwise known as ‘Order information.’ We will not use this information to contact you with any promotional or marketing information, unless you have given consent for us to do so, e.g through the creation of a newsletter subscription or mailing list.  

 

How do we collect information?

The only ways that we collect personal information, such as name, email etc, on our website, is when you either purchase a product from our online shop or if you message us through using the contact form or business email, on our contact us page. 

 

How do we store, use, share and disclose our customers personal information?

If you contact us via our business email, this email is powered through an outside provider, 123reg mailbox services. All messages and email contacts are sent and stored on this system but it is kept completely safe and confidential through being SSL secured and all information being encrypted. Any communications through the built in contact form on our website and online purchases made on our shop, are all safely stored and processed through our Wix services. Due to our website being created using wix.com services, all online payments that go through our shop are securely handled and processed through Wix payments. Wix use SSL secure shopping when purchasing goods on our online shop. All customer payment information is kept confidential and is encrypted for a safe online shopping experience. 

The only personal information we will share that you provide us with, is in the extent of delivery and courier services in getting your orders to you. The only information shared, will be limited to what is necessary to complete the service, e.g customer name and delivery address.     

 

How do we communicate with our customers? 

We will only ever communicate with you directly through the email you provide with us, either when purchasing a product from our online shop, using our built in contact form or if you message us directly either through our company email address or through our online platforms of Facebook and Instagram. The purpose in which we will contact you personally, will be to either respond to any queries regarding orders or products, if there is an issue or problem with an order you have purchased from us, to keep you informed and up to date with the status of your order, from a confirmation email to when it has successfully been dispatched from our studio.  Currently, we do not have a newsletter or email campaign set up to inform our customers about any new marketing or promotions regarding our products, therefore we will not contact you for any of these purposes. However, please do check back here as we are likely to create one as our business continues to grow and therefore the relevant privacy information here will be amended in line with that. Any future creation of a newsletter subscription or mailing list, for marketing or promotional purposes, will involve us only contacting you, to let you be the first to know of any updates, new releases or discounts to our shop and collections.

When you place an order on our site, the information you provide us with to fulfil your order will remain on our records for some time, unless you ask us to delete this information.
