FAQ's

How will my order be packaged?

​

At Bloom & Belle we take the upmost care and attention when it comes to making and packaging your orders. All our prints are carefully packaged in a clear cellophane bag, which is 100% recyclable, supported with a grey board backing. It is then gift wrapped in a lovely coloured tissue paper, sealed with a sticker and then placed in a cardboard backed envelope to ensure it arrives to you in an immaculate condition.

Our tea towels are packaged with a belly band before being wrapped in tissue and inserted inside a cardboard sleeve, which again is completely recyclable and environmentally friendly.  

Miniature frame artworks are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, tissue paper and then inserted into a cardboard sleeve for extra protection. 

All our cushions come with a hand designed care label and are wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a sticker before being placed into an eco friendly mailing bag. These bags are specifically made from sugar cane and are carbon neutral making them 100% recyclable and a great alternative to normal polythene postal bags.   

We are continually looking to improve our packaging and therefore use 100% recyclable cardboard, cellophane bags and tissue paper that is acid free and FSC approved. 

 

What is your return and refund policy?

At Bloom and Belle, we hope to create beautiful products and home accessories that are customers love but if for some reason you are unhappy with your order, then please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do all we can to sort it out for you. If you have changed your mind on a product and would like a refund, then please return the item(s) you have purchased, in an undamaged and unused condition, preferably in the original packaging, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, the customer will be responsible for paying the return postage on their order unless the items are faulty or damaged. 

If you have commissioned us to create an original piece of artwork or a bespoke product for you, then unfortunately we are not able to accept refunds on these items.

Do you do commission work?

Yes, we do! If you are looking for that bespoke item for your home or an original piece of artwork to send as a special gift, then please do get in touch with us! 

 

Where and how are the products designed and manufactured? 

​

All our fabric designs start out as original hand drawings or paintings before being digitally edited into a repeat or statement layout. We have sourced the best printers in the UK to print our designs onto high quality fabrics, to ensure rich print quality whilst encapsulating the detail of the original drawn imagery. At Bloom and Belle we are proud to state that all our cushions and tea towels are made and sewed by ourselves in our little studio in the UK. We take the most delicate care when sewing our products, matching thread colours, making our own piping for a high finished look and professionally overlocking seams. 

All our prints are again created from original hand drawings and paintings. To ensure that the details are transferred into print production, we source the best papers, printers and finishes to achieve this.  All our giclée prints are printed on genuine archival papers using specialist inks to harness the depth of colour and detail of the original painting. 

Any mini original artworks are all hand drawn and painted in house at our little design studio, in Worcestershire, using professional quality watercolours, inks, paint mediums and high quality gsm papers. 

 

How do I care for my Bloom and Belle products?

​

We recommend that when it comes to washing any of our cushion covers or tea towels that you wash by hand, or if you’d prefer it is possible to wash inside out, on a delicate machine cycle at 30 degrees. Do not tumble dry. Iron on a medium heat using steam, ironing print side down, or inside out, for best results. Do not wring. 

Miniature frame artworks are originals and therefore have been created using a combination of Windsor and Newton watercolours and Dr p.h Martin inks. Due to the nature of the inks we advise that you don’t place the artwork in direct daylight, as the ink vibrancy will fade over time. 

 

What do I do if my order is faulty or damaged?

As a company we take the upmost care in making our products with high quality and attention to detail, however in the unlikely event that the parcel you receive is faulty or has been damaged on its way to you, then please contact us at enquiries@bloomandbelle.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the order. We may ask for you to send us a few photos so we can sort it out for you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

​

We accept payment either with credit/ debit card, which is all safely processed through the Wix payment system or if you would prefer you can also pay through a Paypal account.

Do you take wholesale orders?

​

If you are a small business owner or have a shop and are interested in stocking our products, then please don't hesitate to get in touch with us!
